This is a free-standing store with private parking and a drive-through window. Great seating inside for communal connections, lounge chairs, and four-tops. Aside from the great coffee and teas that the busy baristas prepare, they have a lot of groups that come in to study, meet-up and gather. Free WiFi? Yes. Electrical outlets for device charges? Yes.

The decor in the Starbucks is amazing. Very nice neat and alot of space. Even so the staff is not very well train, and often lack customer service.

Rude! The decor is nice, lots of leather chairs and open space, not crowded. However, the staff was cracking up behind the counter making fun of each other. Darlene was extremely rude when she couldn't figure out who ordered a sausage and cheese sandwich, and then once she figured it out she threw it on the counter and stormed off. All the drinks were on point. Seriously though, Howard Schultz needs to check this place out, he'd have his hands full with retraining them.

Starbucks Coffee is amazing! I've never had a bad coffee fr Starbucks ever! But I must say the staff at this location is rude and not friendly what so ever.... Very disappointing

I go to Starbucks at least 4 times a week. This is definitely the largest one in the area and it is always clean, my only complaint is that it is almost always crowded and it takes longer to get orders filled.

I hate to complain, BUT this store has gone through some dramatic changes reflected with poor disingaged staff. This morning I was running late. Got my order quickly, but the employee was unable to enter the computer/register. Being in a hurry I went to cream and sugar my coffee while she figured it out. Got back still not done or right. All the while the manager stocking a shelf in front of her. I complained asked for the manager who stood up and squared off in front of me confrotational. By this time the charges were complete, wrong drink prices, and I left. The manager sarcastically told me to have a nice day. Starbuck's is a big business and at times I'm stuck with it, but it's policy of hiring poor managers and employees in Serverna Park needs to be addressed. Being a world traveler who stops in here from time to time, maybe it's just Serverna Park. I doubt this though.

Very large and clean. The staff was so kind and even gave me a free drink when they said they ran out of mine! I did have a bit of a wait, but the quality if the drink was fantastic! I always suggest going inside the shop instead of the drive thru because I takes way less time and your drinks are 99.99% correct.

Probably the largest Starbucks ever and they have so many seats you are bound to find a place to study. And they have a drive thru! The only thing is that it gets congested in the parking lot but they are really fast when it comes to orders and I've never had a bad barista.

Pasadena, and Severna Park has been deprived a Starbucks for a long time, though you could have went to the Safeway right around the corner, a stand alone was much needed. The facility is large, and like everyone says is probably one of the largest around. In the design it looks as if no money was spared for the facility. Large commence room with LCD and projection abilities, many tables and lounge areas, with a dark interior, this is a refreshing appearance to Starbucks. The outside is also filled with tables, and very clean, though the traffic from the line or the highway make it a little unpeaceful. As for the drinks, it's Starbucks. Enough, said. Though the service is friendly, buying a 8oz bottle of Pellegrino will cost you nearly $3.5, but like I said, that's Starbucks. Parking is fair, and it's sorta a horseshoe like design when you come into the lot, it wraps around to the back street, behind the shop and it will put you onto the road and you can get back onto the highway, but it can be a pain. This place is normally busy, and can be a pain to navigate. Overall the locations one of the best I have been to, but there are a lot better options for Coffee in the area, with better prices than here ; 3-stars A-ok!

I am a frequent Starbucks customer until today. I am an active military member and am aware this company does not offer military discount. I walked in today and questioned, "do you only military discount on veterans day?" I was answered with a very sarcastic "yea why? Is it like any other retail store offers military discount?" I respond with a simple yes and he just rolls his eyes and laughs under his breath. If I walk into your coffee shop in my uniform and you approach me with a comment as if it is wrong to offer a discount to service members I'm confident I'm not going to your establishment ever again. It is every persons right to have their own personal beliefs but it should not be a situation that compromises your work ethic or customer service abilities. So if I can convince you, go to the friendly owned dunkin donuts down the street. Yes the coffee itself is not the same quality but the customer service is a world of difference.

Besides being a giant ripoff (it's coffee people, go find a locally owned shop and spend $3/cup there), Starbucks has contributed to a significant increase in traffic on an already jammed access road near my house (along with Chick fil a). These are the only two restaurants that have actually managed to negatively affect my quality of life. I wish people would stop patronizing them both.

Disappointed. Although this Starbucks is a great addition to Severna Park I wouldn't waste your time here. Drive thru is extremely SLOW. Once I pulled up to the window (after sitting for almost fourteen minutes) they gave me the wrong drink. I went inside to discover employees standing around chatting and the line was twice as long inside. Spotted a few other disgruntled customers unhappy with the taste of their drinks. Parking lot is poorly designed. I would highly recommend choosing another Starbucks location. I'll be stopping for my morning and afternoon coffee elsewhere.

This is the biggest stand-alone Starbucks that I have come across. They have a huge counter, tons of seating and outlets and the music is just loud enough to hear and to buffer conversation but not to overwhelm and make you feel like you're in a club. It's coffee music. The ladies are helpful and the internet could be faster but I love the ambiance. I wish these two flies hadn't sneaked in the front door. They love me.

I am a loyal Starbucks customer and have visited them all over the U.S. and other countries. The ONLY thing I like about this Starbucks is the convenience of the drive thru.....however they often get the drinks wrong! I visited today and not only did the barista get my drink wrong but he acted put out when I requested to have it fixed. He never apologized, just gave me a blank stare. When I double checked with him for the second attempt at the drink he acted insulted and made a smart remark! Really poor customer service!

Nice to have a drive thru in this area; in fact this is the only store within my radius of here I live and where I drive to work. The drive thru can get long and thus, makes the service slow. Put more staffs to pick up the tab in the drive thru and we can be all happy.

I always prefer to bypass traffic on 97 during my weekend trips to the Eastern Shore by taking Richie Highway, and I have always wished Starbucks would add a store to this road. It finally happened, and although the store was built on the wrong side of the road (aka the opposite side of the road that I always travel), I am very happy that it is there! This Starbucks location is massive and includes a drivethru. I can't imagine you would ever have much difficulty finding a table to eat in. The staff is friendly and they get orders out quickly. I am very happy to be able to get my Starbucks latte fix on my Friday commutes to the beach!

Finally had a chance to stop here since it was built and I must say that this is the biggest Starbucks I've ever been in. Spacious and clean, friendly staff and the typical great coffee and menu items. The lemon pound cake is always a crowd pleaser. I will be coming back

This location is huge. There is ample seating, wifi, and extremely friendly staff. They keep lines moving quickly, so don't stress upon seeing a long line. If you are on-the-go, be sure to stop by the drive-thru where they have things ready in a timely manner.

The food and drinks are pretty standard, up to Starbucks quality. But it's the size and layout of this place that's so attractive. It's also easy to get into coming off Ritchie Highway. Leaving, however, is another battle.

HUGE Starbucks! Nicely done....with friendly staff. Only thing .... wish it were located on the other side of Benfield. Otherwise, pretty damn good all around.
